Your Introduction to Paragliding is informative, action packed, fun and the best in Ontario. 

 

Outline

• Starting at 9:00 am depending on availability.

• The "intro" will take place at the airfield or training hill.

• Introduction to Paragliding equipment and safety briefing.

• Introduction to paraglider ground handling (kiting the wing).

• Introduction to forward and reverse launch.

• Forward launch tow flight demo.

• Paraglider packing techniques demo.

• The total course time is about 3 - 4 hours.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the signature of a parent or guardian.

• Have signed an Air Vision Adventures school training waiver form. 

• Be able to read, speak, and understand the English language.

• Be of reasonably good health that will allow moderate physical activity and allow the wearing of a helmet and paragliding harness.

Fee and discount

• $349.00. plus taxes

• Take this introduction and the Beginner Ground School course together on one weekend to receive a $100.00 discount.

• The student may reschedule for the next available course date should cancellation occur.
